Accepted Methods of Payment

ESI Learning accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Wire Transfers ($25 processing charge), and corporate checks from all companies. All necessary payment information is to be received at least five (5) business days before the start date, or upon registration, whichever is later. Students unable to provide payment information upon registration will be given a halt date by which payment details must be received, or they risk losing their seat in the course.

Purchase Orders are occasionally accepted from companies with whom ESI Learning has an established relationship. Purchase Orders must be received at least five (5) business days before the start of the course, or upon receipt of invoice, whichever is later. Payment on Purchase Orders must be received no later than five (5) days after the course date. Fees

The fee covers course tuition and all course materials. (Parking fees, if any, are not included.) Payment (corporate check, American Express, Visa, or MasterCard) must be received five (5) business days prior to the course date. Charges for students outside the U.S. will be converted by your credit card company to U.S. funds.

Cancellation Policy

All requests to change a registration must be in writing via e-mail to sales@eng-software.com.

If ESI Learning cancels a course for any reason, liability is limited to the registration fee only.

Withdrawals

Students may withdraw a registration up to fifteen (15) business days before the scheduled start date of the class without penalty by submitting a written notice via email to sales@eng-software.com.

All registration fees are forfeited if students withdraw fewer than fifteen (15) business days before the class.

Rescheduling

Students may reschedule a registration up to eleven (11) business days before the scheduled start date without penalty. Rescheduling will be defined as transferring registration to the same course on a different date, or transferring to another course of equal or lesser value up to six (6) months from the original course start date.

If a student reschedules fewer than eleven (11) business days before the class, or reschedules for a second time, the entire original course fee will be forfeited. An additional course fee will be required for the new registration.

Substitutions

Substitutions are permitted prior to the start of the class but are subject to a 10% fee. All substitutions must be submitted in writing to sales@eng-software.com prior to the start of class. Within these established time frames, students are allowed ONE withdrawal or rescheduling without forfeit of the course fee.

No Show

Failure to attend without written notice prior to the start date of the course will be considered a "no show" and will result in forfeiture of the full course price.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

If, before the end of the first day of the course, you are not satisfied and notify the instructor you wish to withdraw, you will receive a full refund of all course fees paid. All training material must remain with the instructor at the time of withdrawal.

Refund Policy

It is important to us that are you satisfied with your purchases.  All refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Shipping and applicable processing fees are not refundable. 

FLO-Master courses:
A refund, less a $100 processing fee, will be offered for cancellations made on or before the close of business, 30 days before the start of the class. No refund will be offered for cancellations made after that date; if you do not show up; or if you leave the program early.

On-site courses:
A refund, less a $100 processing fee – per person, will be offered for cancellations made on or before the close of business, 45 days before the start of the class. No refund will be offered for cancellations made after that date; if attendees do not show up; or if they leave the program early.

Online courses:
While we take pride in our courses, unexpected events do occur. ESI reserves the right to cancel, interrupt, or reschedule any course without notice.  ESI reserves the right to modify any course content including assignments, quizzes, or other assessments.

Refunds are available, less a $100 processing fee – per course, up to 14 days before the start of the course, when submitted in writing.

Webinars:
All webinars must be cancelled 48 hours before the schedule date/time of the webinar.  If the webinar is hosted on Monday, written cancellations must be provided by the prior Friday by 12pm PST.  Any cancellations after this deadline will not be honored. If a webinar is missed on behalf of the attendee, ESI will send an email with the recording per the attendee’s request.

Publications:
Orders cannot be canceled once the checkout process has been completed. ESI does not issue refunds on any publication.  If damage has occurred in the shipping process, please send an email with proof of damage and receipt to sales@eng-software.com within 5 business days of product delivery.

Price adjustments:
We will gladly provide price adjustments if your purchase was made within 30 days prior to the promotional coupon offer, upon request.  All refunds must be emailed with proof of coupon and purchase receipt to sales@eng-software.com.
