Engineered Software continues to closely monitor the widespread impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19). The safety and well-being of our employees, customers, partners, and suppliers remains our top priority.

We have closed our offices effective 3/17/2020 until at least 5/04/2020. Our employees and contractors will be working remotely. In the event that an in-person meeting is required, all necessary precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of all personnel present.
Employees have been instructed to avoid domestic and international air travel unless it is business-critical, and all air travel requires leadership approval.
Avoiding Large In-Person Meetings and Gatherings
Employees have been asked to avoid attending large in-person meetings and gatherings. Our staff will utilize video-conferencing tools to stay productive and connected with colleagues, partners, and customers.
Extra Hygiene Measures
We are implementing additional cleaning procedures at our facilities and continue to share guidance from public health authorities to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Business Continuity Planning
We are committed to supporting our customers during this time. Business continuity plans we already have in place are being expanded to ensure we can continue to operate and meet the needs of our customers. If you have any questions, please contact us.
For the time being, we request that you do not mail anything to our office with hard surfaces, such as your USB key, as the COVID-19 virus can survive on non-porous surfaces for up to 9 days. You can still safely mail soft materials such as paper checks or paperwork, and we will notify you when this policy changes.
