United Way of Thurston County - 2018 Day of Caring

In September 2018, United Way of Thurston County hosted their 26th Annual Day of Caring Event. This even is to bring volunteers and local agencies together to complete service projects in the community. Day of Caring is about team building, giving back and helping organizations in need and has become an event that shuts down offices as employees gather outside of work to make a difference together.

Day of Caring was established in 1992 as the single largest day of volunteerism in Thurston County to increase awareness of human service organizations and demonstrate how people working together for the common good helps accomplish great things.

Engineered Software is no stranger to Day of Caring. This year, ESI rallied a group of employees to donate their time sorting and distributing food at the Thurston County Food Bank.
