Customer Service / Office Assistant

Please note: This is a full-time, non-contractual position located onsite in Lacey, WA.

Our PUMP-FLO® product line enhances the sales and marketing outreach of the largest pump manufacturers in the world. Together, our products have the potential to significantly reduce worldwide energy demand through the selection of the right pump for an application and the efficient design and operation of industrial piping systems.

We expect a lot, but only expect it over the course of a normal business day. This is an hourly position; the rate of pay is dependent on experience.


  • Handle first level of Customer Technical Support via phone and email
  • Process Sales Order Billing and Product Fulfillment
  • Monitor telephone lines and email for Office, Sales, and Support
  • Organize Materials & Registration for Training Classes
  • Maintain Office / Shipping / Product Supplies
  • Other Office Support as required by their Supervisor

Professional Skills:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to assist customers with pre-defined solutions to basic technical questions
  • Experience with Business Software (EXCEL and Word at a minimum), experience with CRM Database Software or Accounting Software (Quick Books) is a plus
