With the annual TechNet subscription users receive:
- Program updates and version upgrades included in the first year as long as the product is actively licensed*
- Extended technical support including unlimited phone support during ESI support desk hours as well as priority e-mail support

- ESI News Brief Subscription

All calls to our Technical Support team require a current TechNet subscription.
Calls are answered during business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Priority E-mail Technical Support
If preferred or if the question arises outside of normal business hours, TechNet subscribers may also e-mail questions to the support desk. A support technician will provide a priority response to the e-mail within the next business day. In addition, the ESI Knowledge Base provides 24/7 access to the same information used by ESI support technicians.
